The New Salem is a queer feminist intersectional magazine based in Salem, MA. The magazine covers current events & pop culture, but is unique in that every issue also deals with some form of wicca and the occult. Witches have long been feminist icons as powerful female healers and their status as those pushed to the margins of society resonates with queer youth of today.
